Bullmer was founded in 1933. As a famous automatic cutting system supplier in the world, it enjoys the high reputation of  “Mercedes-Benz”in CAM industry. Bullmer is headquartered in Mehrstetten which is quite close to the European technological frontier base Stuttgart. It provides automated cutting solutions for over 8,000 customers from more than 60 countries around the world. Its products are all over Germany, Europe, Asia, North America, Central America and Africa, covering clothing, furniture, bags, toys, car seats, aerospace, airships, boats, wind power materials, packaging, image printing and other fields.

In the long history of 86 years, with the persistent pursuit of "Craftmanship Spirit", Bullmer has created the cutting machine with the largest cutting area and fastest cutting speed in the world. With the automatic fabric loading system, spreading system, label systems, cutting systems and other products, Bullmer has created intelligent cutting lines to meet customers personalized needs for different cutting heights and material lengths, providing high-quality, high-precision, professional, fast and perfect services.

In 2009, Jack Sewing Machine Co., Ltd. acquired 100% of Topcut and Bullmer,  then reorganized as Topcut-Bullmer Co., Ltd. The company covers an area of 60,000 square meters and its factory covers 12,000 square meters. In the same year, Bullmer (China) Co., Ltd. was founded in Linhai, China , covering an area of more than 200,000 square meters.

In 2017, Bullmer successfully achieved an internationalized organization and management system and moved on to one strategy and one target development path. It has 410 employees and 3 R&D centers in Germany, Linhai,and Xi’an respectively. Bullmer has international talents reserve of 8 kinds of native-languages coming from 12 countries such as Germany, France and etc. International collaborative R&D and technology sharing effectively realize platform-based development. Bullmer’s R&D team which contains more than 100 elites has obtained over 500 effective domestic and foreign patents. In 2017, the laser cutter of “one shirt for 5 seconds”was launched, pioneering in the field of automatic cutting.
